First, I want to confirm that this product has no taste. It's like spraying water into your mouth. I'm in my third month of taking this everyday, twice a day. I've been doing the cleanse dosage of 15 sprays per day. I feel a little less brain fog and my body feels "cleaner". Wanted to give it several weeks to experience positive results and it is exactly what I got! The very 1st noticeable change was when my daughter (Cosmetologist) complimented my facial complexion and said, "are you doing a skin routine now because your redness is gone?"
